We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To receive a refund, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at euro2020market@gmail.com. If the return is accepted, we send instructions on how and where to ship the package. Products sent back to us without a prior refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or receives the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the sale of products or gift cards.


Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item and after accepting the return, buy a new product separately.


Returns
After we receive and review your return, we'll let you know if the return has been approved or not. After approval, you'll receive an automatic refund for your original payment method. Remember that it may also take a bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
