To receive a refund, the product must be in the same condition as received, unused or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a refund, you can contact us at email@example.com. If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label as well as instructions on how and where to ship the package. Products sent back to us without a prior refund request will not be accepted.

Damages and problems
Please check your order on delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or receives the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), non-standard products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetic products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the sale of products or gift cards.
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return your item and after accepting the return, buy a new product separately.
After we receive and review your return, we'll let you know if the return has been approved or not. After approval, you'll receive an automatic refund for your original payment method. Remember that it may also take a bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
